Gizmo, Jen and Brad

Story

Dear Friends and Family,

   We are proud to say we have entered Gizmo in his first charity run event!!

Gizmo, Brad and I have been training to compete in the 4km Run West on March 28. We are aiming to raise money for a charity that is close to our family.

I have personally seen the support and assistance for Ronald Macdonald House during the lengthy stays with my two sons at Westmead Childrens Hospital. The charity supported other families travelling to Westmead and provided a place to stay whilst their child was receiving treatment.

I hope you can help Gizmo with his first event and support such a wonderful cause.

Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney

Ronald McDonald House Westmead is a ‘home away from home’ for families with seriously ill children receiving treatment at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Ongoing support is vital in keeping our doors open to accommodate families who can stay with us for a week, month or even years while their child is undergoing treatment.

The House falls under the Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney, which also includes the Ronald McDonald Family Room Nepean, and Ronald McDonald Education Services.
